By adding the Bot to a Discord server or interacting with the Bot through commands, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are adding the Bot to a server you manage, you are accepting these Terms on behalf of all server members who interact with the Bot.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Bot, in compliance with Discord's own Terms of Service. If you are under 13, you may not use the Bot under any circumstances. Users between 13 and 18 should have parental or guardian consent before using the Bot.
UwU Bot provides virtual entertainment features within Discord, including but not limited to:
- ◆Virtual economy — coins, banking, transfers, shop, and a marketplace with live bidding
- ◆Collectible animal hunting and team building across multiple rarity ranks
- ◆Turn-based battle systems — 1v1 duels, cross-server matchmaking, 5v5 clan wars, and rendered battle replays
- ◆Clan creation, management, roster tracking, and clan-versus-clan battles
- ◆Gambling-themed minigames using virtual currency — slots, blackjack, coinflip, Pok Deang, Klah Klok (see Section 4)
- ◆Social features — Dating Zone matching, Streak Pet partner tracking, Confession system, marriage
- ◆Profile customization — levels, XP, avatars, banners, and user bios
- ◆Daily, weekly, and event-based reward systems
- ◆Item collection and inventory management
All in-bot currencies, items, animals, and assets are virtual, hold no real-world monetary value, and are intended solely for entertainment purposes.
UwU Bot includes gambling-themed minigames (slots, blackjack, coinflip, Pok Deang, Klah Klok, and similar features) that operate exclusively with virtual, in-bot currency. These features:
- ◆Do not involve real money, cryptocurrency, or any item of real-world monetary value.
- ◆Are intended purely for entertainment within the Bot's closed virtual economy.
- ◆Do not constitute gambling under any legal definition and are not regulated gambling activities.
- ◆Cannot be converted, cashed out, or exchanged for real-world currency or goods.
Any attempt to trade virtual currency or items for real-world money is strictly prohibited under Section 8 (Prohibited Conduct) and may result in account termination.
When you first interact with the Bot, an account is automatically created using your Discord User ID. You are responsible for all activity associated with your Discord account when using the Bot.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Discord account. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your data.
The Bot reads message content solely for the purpose of detecting command prefixes (e.g., messages beginning with "U") and parsing command arguments. The Bot also supports Discord slash commands, which do not require reading message content. No message content is stored, logged, or transmitted beyond the immediate processing of commands. Message content is discarded immediately after command parsing is complete.
The Bot includes features that allow users to submit text content, including profile bios, clan names and descriptions, Dating Zone profiles, and Confession messages. You are solely responsible for any content you submit. By submitting content to the Bot, you agree that:
- ◆Your content does not violate any applicable law, Discord's Terms of Service, or these Terms.
- ◆Your content does not contain hate speech, harassment, threats, sexually explicit material, or the personal information of others without their consent.
- ◆Your content does not impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity.
- ◆CG CLUB reserves the right to remove any user content at its discretion, with or without notice, and to sanction the submitting user.
- ◆You grant CG CLUB a non-exclusive license to display your content within the Bot for the purpose of providing the service.
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
- ◆Exploit bugs, glitches, or unintended behavior in the Bot. If you discover a bug, report it to CG x UwU staff rather than exploiting it.
- ◆Use automated tools, macros, self-bots, or scripts to interact with the Bot.
- ◆Spam commands or flood channels with Bot interactions in a disruptive manner.
- ◆Impersonate other users, Bot staff, or Bot administrators.
- ◆Engage in harassment, hate speech, discrimination, or toxic behavior toward other users or staff.
- ◆Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the Bot's source code.
- ◆Use the Bot for any illegal purpose or in violation of Discord's Terms of Service.
- ◆Sell, trade, or transfer virtual in-bot items or currency for real-world money unless explicitly authorized by CG CLUB.
- ◆Abuse social features (Dating Zone, Confession, marriage) to harass, stalk, or mislead other users.
The Bot is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous service. The Bot may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, Discord API changes, hosting issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature of the Bot at any time without prior notice.
We reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently ban any user from the Bot at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, suspected automated or fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms cease immediately. Banned users may appeal through the CG x UwU Discord server.
All content, features, code, graphics, names, and assets associated with UwU Bot are the intellectual property of CG CLUB unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any part of the Bot without prior written consent from CG CLUB.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CG CLUB, its owners, staff, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Bot. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of virtual items, currency, data, or any other in-bot assets.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless CG CLUB, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Bot, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Battambang Province, Cambodia.
